V & L Services was formed when two friends saw an opportunity to form a company to serve Pennsylvania and the East
Coast with conformal coating services. Matthew Leber (Matt) and Gerald Vaughn (Jerry) founded V& L Services in 2004. Matt
and Jerry saw an opportunity when the Military Contract House they work for began turning away conformal
coat only jobs due to their own internal requirements. Thus V & L Services was formed. V & L Services has an extensive
history in electronics assembly both commercial and military. Matt has 16 years experience in electronics, is a Certified
SMTA Process Engineer and has held Supervisor, General Manager, Manufacturing Engineer and Circuit Card Manager Titles. Jerry
has 13 years experience and has worked as Maintenance, Supervisor, Programmer and as a Manufacturing Engineer. V & L utilizes
no automated equipment at this time. We mask, spray and demask by hand utilizing the latest materials and techniques. We thank
